Because I'm behind the camera all the time, it was difficult to find a decent picture of myself. I searched high and low yesterday to find one to post and then I thought of this one today.
I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers--lost 50 pounds on it in 2003. Right now I am returning to take off the 15 or so I have gained back in that time. I love sharing my tips and tricks with others as well--thanks a lot for sharing yours with us via this blog!
I was curious about your comments about not letting your stomach growl. That does happen to me sometimes with WW, but I have not had a problem with it. They do give you a minimum points range as well as a maximum, and as long as I have stayed inside that I have kept losing. Could you comment any more about your thoughts on this--i.e., is there some other reason not to do it that is health-related?
Also, in 5 years I have never heard anyone at WW mention a cut-off time for PM eating--however I'm sure it's possible that some leaders have done that.
My Mom, The Fitness Junkie is a personal trainer/nursing student living in a small Texas town. She plays Mom to two children--ages 6 and 4--and Wife to Greg, the most amazing husband ever. She's very passionate about fitness, nutrition, fat loss (as opposed to "weight loss"), and debunking all the fitness myths that have been floating around for so long.

I think you look wonderful. How long have you kept the weight off?
Do you care if I ask you questions about diet and exercise?
If so, do you care if I then post some of your answers on my weight loss blog?
I don't mind at all! Please do ask questions and feel free to post the answers on your blog.
